There are a few reasons this can happen:
- Your transactions haven't refreshed yet in Joy. This sometimes can take up to 4 hours.
- Those purchases are still pending with your bank/credit union/credit card company.
- Your purchases may have been made on an account that isn't linked to Joy. To make sure your purchases show up in Joy, connect all your credit cards and spending accounts in your "Account Settings." Here is a step by step guide on how to link additional accounts.
- A mystery reason. If it's none of the first three, email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll look into it.
